Effective 11/28/2007: Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, the Whim's Place Flash Fiction Contest is now cancelled. Third quarter winners will not be published. The upcoming anthology is also cancelled.
The site will remain up but not updated for as long as people care to visit.
